 Bring your vision to life with Larrea Jewelers’ professional Custom Jewelry Design Service. Whether you’re creating an engagement ring, pendant, earrings, bracelet, or a completely one-of-a-kind piece, our experienced designers will transform your ideas into a detailed 3D CAD rendering so you can visualize your jewelry before it is manufactured. 

Please Note: The Custom Jewelry Design Service fee covers the design consultation, CAD modeling, and photorealistic renderings only. This fee is separate from the cost of manufacturing your jewelry and will not be applied or credited toward the final purchase price.
After your design is completed and approved, you will receive a separate quote for manufacturing based on your selected materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship.

How It Works

Step 1 – Purchase the Design Service

Purchase the Custom Jewelry Design Service to begin your custom jewelry project.

Step 2 – Share Your Vision

After purchasing your Custom Jewelry Design Service, a member of the Larrea Jewelers design team will personally contact you to discuss your project and better understand your vision.

We’ll work with you to gather details such as:

• Inspiration photos or sketches
• Desired style and design elements
• Preferred gemstones or diamonds
• Metal choice (gold, platinum, silver, etc.)
• Dimensions, sizing, and budget considerations
• Any special meaning or personalization you’d like incorporated

To make the design process as convenient as possible, we can communicate through in store appointment, email, phone call, or video consultation—whichever works best for you. During this consultation, we’ll answer your questions, discuss design possibilities, and ensure we have everything needed before creating your custom CAD rendering.

Step 3 – Design Creation

Once all design details have been confirmed, our designers will create your custom 3D CAD rendering. Your initial design will be completed within 3 business days.

Step 4 – Review & Revisions

Review your custom rendering and request any desired changes. Your purchase includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions to ensure your design reflects your vision.

Once you are completely satisfied, you’ll provide final approval for manufacturing.

Step 5 – Manufacturing Quote & Deposit

After your design has been approved, we’ll provide you with a detailed manufacturing quote based on your selected materials, gemstones, and the complexity of your design.

To begin production, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the approved manufacturing quote is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your jewelry before pickup or shipping.

Important Information

• Design Service Fee
• This fee covers the custom design consultation, CAD modeling, and rendering services only.
• The design fee is separate from the manufacturing cost and is not credited toward the final purchase price of your jewelry.
• Your initial CAD rendering will be delivered within 3 business days after all design details have been confirmed.
• The service includes up to three (3) rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to additional design fees.
• Manufacturing costs, gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals are quoted separately after the design has been approved.
• Production begins only after the customer approves the final design and the required 50% manufacturing deposit has been received.
• Due to the personalized nature of this service, the design fee is non-refundable once design work has begun.
