Larrea Jewelers Return Policy

At Larrea Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns subject to the following terms.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation must accompany the return.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-designed jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Special orders
  • Sized or altered jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, closeout, or marked "Final Sale" merchandise

Several items on the site are already designated as "FINAL SALE."

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at mail@larreajewelers.com or through our contact page before sending any item back.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, securely package and ship the item to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after receipt of the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased at our retail location may be eligible for store credit or exchange only within 14 days, provided they meet the eligibility requirements above.
